When will my order arrive?
Please allow 1-4 days for processing and for your order to be prepared, packed and shipped.
Your item should normally be with you within 1-2 weeks within Australia and within 3-8 weeks internationally. Auspost is currently experiencing massive shipping delays due to COVID-19, so please be patient. For more information go to https://auspost.com.au/about-us/news-media/important-updates/coronavirus
All domestic purchases, and international orders will receive an email with tracking information once the shipping label is generated, please be aware that this does not necessarily mean the package has been posted, please keep an eye on the tracking for updates.
I received a tracking email but my parcel hasn't moved. Has my item been shipped?
Please only contact me regarding this if it has been the full processing time (at the top of my websites page) and your parcel still hasn't been scanned. AusPost is experiencing massive delays, and I will work to help figure out the issue with you.
Do you ship worldwide?
I do! I ship anywhere in the world, I'd love to see Mr Raccoon Designs accessories be rocked all around the world.
If I want to add things to my order, can I combine shipping?
I can definitely combine shipping on multiple orders, just use the code 'COMBINE' at the checkout on your second order and send me an email. These orders usually need to be placed on the same day, if you placed an order but haven't received a shipping notification, send me an email and I will let you know if your order is still processing and able to be combined! I try and ship out your orders ASAP, so please be quick if you decide to place another order
Do you take Custom Orders?
Not currently I'm sorry! However, I'm always keen to hear ideas of pairs you'd like added to the store
My package has not arrived, can you help?
Please send me an email with your order number I can look into this for you!
I will happily resend lost parcels if the tracking shows that it has been lost in the mail, however I am unable to issue refunds for lost parcels. I'm a small, one person business who cannot afford to replace parcels Auspost has lost.
