Processing + Shipping

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing and for your order to be prepared, packed and shipped.
Your item should normally be with you within 1-2 weeks within Australia and within 3-8 weeks internationally. Auspost is currently advising it takes 6 - 14 business days to ship to the US, this is just an estimate, and it may take longer/less. Auspost is currently experiencing massive shipping delays due to COVID-19, so please be patient. For more information go to https://auspost.com.au/about-us/news-media/important-updates/coronavirus . It is annoying waiting longer for your package, I understand, I'm online shopping like crazy and the wait can be tedious. I pack and post your items as quickly as humanly possible, sometimes even same day of order, but you must have patience for Auspost.  ​

UK & Germany Shipping

Due to VAT and import rules I currently cannot ship to Germany, and can only ship to the UK through my Etsy store! If you'd like a pair I currently don't stock on Etsy, please reach out through email or Etsy messenger and I'll add it if possible!  https://www.etsy.com/au/shop/MrRaccoonDesigns 

Shipping Options

I currently ship to the USA, Canada, New Zealand and Australia! If you'd like to rock Mr Raccoon Designs and you're in a different country, please reach out via email and I'll add your country as an option! 

I ship all orders Domestic and International via Australia Post + ALL orders are tracked.​ Everything is sent from Melbourne, Victoria! 

For domestic orders please allow AT LEAST 4 - 5 business days from the time your order is posted (after processing time) but understand this could be longer.

To avoid disappointment please check this link to see if your country has been affected - International Shipping Impacts with Aus Post . You must check your incoming postal fees and taxes, I am not responsible for extra fees you are charged at customs. 

​Packing Your Orders

Every care is taken to ensure your order is packed well and will arrive safe and sound!  I pack in cardboard boxes, if I use bubble wrap it has been recycled (Probably from all of my own online shopping) I then use tissue paper to make sure all your goodies arrive looking pretty and secure!

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order - please email me within 24 hours of making your order - sooner if possible, if I have not packed your order I will happily refund you in full, however if it has already been posted I will not be able to refund you. I pack as quickly as possible to ensure you get your order, so this may not always be possible.

​I do not refund orders because they are taking too long to get to you, especially now with the impacts of Covid-19.  When you decide to order you are acknowledging that shipping is taking longer, which is completely out of my control - I am doing everything I can to ensure you have tracking, please also understand I only have access to the same information you do. 

It is SUPER important to make sure you carefully enter your address - or if your paying with Paypal ensure your address information is up to date. If I have already posted your order to the incorrect address, unfortunately as a tiny business I cannot afford to refund your item. 

If your tracking says delivered but you don't have your order your first point of contact needs to be your local post office, or your neighbors to see if it has gone in the wrong letter box. Please understand I am not responsible for orders lost in the post - I will do my best to offer a solution and support but I cannot offer refunds for these situations.

Damaged Items

With faulty or broken items I require photographic evidence of the packaging and item, within 48 hours.  I may request further information to ensure we have everything we need to make a decision on whether the damage was cause in transit or was a fault of ours.  Items damaged in the post are not my responsibility and I am not required to refund for this, however I do take this on a case by case basis as well.  Each order is carefully packed with tissue and a rigid box so I can be confident your order should make it to you safely.

Fees + Customs

​As mentioned above, please note that you are paying for the shipping label and postage when you are paying a postage fee. I am not responsible for additional customs fees or taxes in place in your country. You take responsibility of these payments upon purchase. 


If you wish to return an item I can only accept Non-Jewellery items due to health and safety regulations, returns can be processed within 14 days of receiving your order, return shipping is at the customers expense, all items must be returned including all packaging, once received and deemed in perfect condition we will process a refund for you excluding shipping.
